The town of Akyang is known for the setting of 'Toji (The Land)',
a monumental epic novel written by Gyeong-Ri Park.
With no green houses in sight, visitors to Akyang can observe more traditional agricultural scenery.

Hadong is the first cittaslow that specializes in tea plantations. Since the 2009 Cittaslow International Assembly, Hadong's green tea will continue to be presented to participants, and Hadong's green tea will be promoted outside of Corea. |
